A West Coast inspired Gin distilled from BC grain, juniper, coriander, locally grown hops, lavender, rosemary and lemon verbena (amidst others). It is steeped with butterfly pea flower making for a brilliantly ‘blue’ gin that transforms to a lovely pink with the addition of citrus or tonic. There are notes of juniper, rosemary and light citrus.
